With a background in sociology and a deep commitment to quality service, she has spearheaded initiatives in housekeeping and management, garnering recognition and awards for her innovative strategies.
Ms. Jayashree is the driving force behind the Professional Housekeepers Association (PHA), which she founded to elevate the role of housekeepers to that of professional hoteliers. Her vision and dedication have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Vishista Seva Rathna award and recognition from associations like AHPWI. Under her guidance, PHA has expanded its reach with chapters across various regions and initiatives like the PHA Sustainable Development Goal-2030.
